What End of Tenancy covers
An end of tenancy clean is more thorough than a standard clean, since it needs to satisfy the check-out inventory against the check-in inventory a tenant signed at the start of the tenancy. It covers the inside of ovens and cupboards, limescale in bathrooms, skirting boards, doors, light fittings and windows, along with the everyday areas of the home. It's usually booked either by an outgoing tenant wanting to protect their deposit, or by a landlord or letting agent preparing a property for the next tenant.
