Definition
What guttering, fascias & soffits involves
Fascias are the boards fixed to the ends of roof rafters, soffits are the panels beneath them closing off the eaves, and guttering collects and directs rainwater from the roof. These are usually replaced together since they're accessed from the same scaffolding or access equipment, and are commonly upgraded from timber to low-maintenance uPVC.

Limitations and exclusions
- Access equipment (towers or scaffolding) is priced as part of the project where the roofline height requires it
- Underlying roof timber decay found once fascias are removed is priced separately as it's identified
